Be cautious of dealing with any housing companies or services that imply or claim an affiliation with ASNT. Reservations should only be made through the ASNT website. Unauthorized travel companies are often illegitimate, and most do not deliver as promised. Reservations made through an agency other than ASNT will be at your own risk.
Additionally, ASNT does not sell or provide attendee lists to any sales companies. Offers to provide the contact information for previous conferences are fraudulent.

Priority Points
Through your sponsorship and exhibit investment, your company earns priority points for future-year booth selection. Points are calculated as follows:
1 point per 100 square feet of exhibit space
Sponsorship Investments:
$20,000 and above: 4 points
$10,000 - $19,999: 3 points
$9,999 and under: 2 points
Additional points for ASNT Affiliate Partners
Points carry over and accrue each year
Downsizing space once space is contracted: 50% point reduction
Cancelation once space is contracted: forfeit all accrued points
